ISU's Annual Cash Rental Rate Survey is out. The overall average for Buchanan County is $219/ tillable acre, up $25/acre over 2010.
While rental rates are up overall, the biggest increase came from the High Quality Third......... $317/acre, up about $100 over 2010.
